You will need the following items for this spell:
a bloody marshmellow
extra virgin oil
vegtable oil
water
paper
bowl
pen
This spell I preformed last night.
mix vegtable oil,extra virgin oil,and water and a bowl (add sugar, and salt not needed) then add the bloody marshmellow then mix together then write on the paper what you want your dream body to look like.(in words)then submerge it in the mixture. then say:
Oh magical forces I call opon to thee
let me absorb beauty from you and tansfer that beauty to me so mote it be.
after saying that, clean it up and the burn the paper (after dry) THE END
