Imagine this:
After the last marauder, Lupin, died:
Harry went to check up on the marauders map, shortly after the war had ended.
After a bit of searching, he found it.
"I solemnly swear that I am up to know good" he said as a tear fell down his face. Memories of Fred swarmed his mind. He was in a daze for a while until he realized that the map hadn't opened up. He cleared his voice and tried again, "I solemnly swear that I am up to no good". This time, something did appear on the paper, but it wasn't a map. He raised his eyebrows. In different font it said:
The map shall not open
Once all brothers have died
They lived together
And will die side by side
