MAN WITH BLUE EYES POV

I spent months in this disgusting cell. The chains were silver but I don't feel the pain anymore. If I were to ever get out of here, I'd probably never be able to walk again. The chain cuff burned so deep through my flesh that the cold, burning, metal now touched bone. My skin would even try to heal over the cuff, only to burn away again because of the silver.

I was covered in filth from sleeping on the ground and having food thrown at me. The guard occasionally kicked dirt in my face to wake me up from my few minutes of sleep. The one ounce of kindness ever shown to me was the old blanket I was given to keep warm on cold nights.

The cell was fairly big for just one person. The rusted metal bars would have been easy to break if I wasn't suspended by the chain or healthier. There was a toilet in the corner of the cell, making it look like an old county jail too. At least I could use that, ya know?

"Wilde, looks like you got a cell-mate." A guard came in laughing, throwing in a squirming potato sack. I made no move towards it, I waited for the man to leave. Once the metal door was shut, I crawled on my arms to it and pulled the string, untying in.

A little girl rolled out, crying. I stared at her with wide eyes, watching her every move. Why would they imprison a child? She looked up at me with her big teary eyes, and it felt as if she looked into my soul. "Blue eyed man, is that you?" She asked through her tiny sobs.

I didn't know what to do, "Uh...". She suddenly got this strange look in her eyes, where they clouded over yet lit up at the same time. It was as if I was looking at the Milky Way through her eyes, as they sparkled through the tears.

"Your brother is looking for you, Jackson." She said monotonously before the fog in her eyes disappeared.

"How do you know my name?" I scoot away from her.

She gave me a sad smile before she looked around, getting teary eyed again. "I want my mommy..."

"Kid? What's your name?" I tried asking.

She looked at me sadly, but through the sadness she smiled anyways. "My name's Tori."

~~~
Weeks passed here with Tori. I've been teaching her to count. I'd use a rock to carve a tally mark onto the wall everyday and Tori would learn the number. "How long have I been here, Blue?" She asked me. Even though she knew my name was Jackson, she insisted on calling me 'the man with blue eyes', which eventually became Blue.
"About a month, little angel." She nodded and continued to make little sparkles come from her hands. After a few days with her, I came to realize that Tori was a psychic-witch. That's how she knew my name. Being how young she is, I've never seen anyone her age able to perform magic. But everyday, she'd sit there and play with the little sparkle.
The first time she did it, she was so excited. "Look! Look!" She cried out. I was trying to take a nap, but when I opened my eyes, I saw a flickering spark in her hand. I jolted up and watched her play with it, giggling as she threw it up in the air and caught it again.
Shes been practicing everyday now, the sparkle growing each time. Every night, she'd use the potato sack she was captured in as a sleeping bag and my blanket as a pillow, she'd create a spark to hover in the air above our heads as a nightlight. While she'd sleep, I would stay awake and stare at it for hours until my eyes would betray me and force themselves shut for an hour or so.
A ruckus could be heard coming from outside. I could hear howls and battle cries along with the thumping of paws on the ground. The prison door slammed open and a nervous guard stumbled in. "Brat, you're coming with me!"
I stood up as well as I could and shoved Tori behind me, "She's not going anywhere with you. "
"I don't have time for your bullshit," he sneered and came at me with a pocket knife. He had got me in my lower abdomen, but I couldn't show fear. I ignored the pain and the blood, grabbing ahold of his wrist and twisting, making him drop the knife. Once I heard it clatter to the ground, I got him to the floor.
"Tori? Cover your eyes." I growled. She nodded and covered her eyes with her hands. I used the chain around my ankle to wrap around the guards throat. I could hear the sizzle of burning flesh as he tried grasp at it. As he choked I grabbed the keys from his belt loop and undid my cuff.
I saw it as our chance. I didn't care if it ruined my chances of ever walking again or if I bled out of the stab wound and died, I had to save Tori. I lifted her into my arms ran. She wrapped her little arms around my neck as I ran through the prison door. The searing pain shot up through my leg every time I stepped down, but I didn't care.
We made it outside, the sun touching my skin after months of decaying in the darkness and the cold. "Tori!" I heard a woman cry out. A short girl with dark hair ran towards us with tears in her eyes.
Tori  unwrapped her arms and turned to face the girl, "Ty-ty!" She leaped out of my arms and into the short girl's arms. "Look, Blue! My sister came for us!"
I tried to smile, but all I felt was the pain coming from my leg and abdomen. Falling to the floor, I groaned in pain. "Frankie! Help him!" The girl shouted behind her. I closed my eyes and grit my teeth together tight.
A hand reached to the stab wound and brushed over it. I hissed and snapped my head to the side to face the asshole who did it. A boy with white-blonde hair smiled sheepishly before closing his eyes. He started to chant something under his breath. That's when I could actually feel my skin cells move around and form over my wound. The pain from my leg began to slowly evaporate as I glanced over to it and noticed it was healed. I let out a breath of relief as if it were my first time breathing in a long time. "Thank you," the boy said. "For keeping my sister safe."
A guy around my age ran up and hugged Tori's sister. He radiated with Alpha power and that's when I realized that Tori's sister was a Luna. They could help me find my brother! When he saw me on the ground he crouched down and helped me up, "What's your name?"
"Jackson Wilde, sir. Please, my brother is looking for me, can you contact him?" I pleaded.
With a smile he nodded, "That won't be a problem. Thank you for protecting Tori. You will be forever in our gratitude."
"Blue!" Tori yelled from across the field. I looked over to see her wave at me before being put inside a car. She rolled down the window, "Bye, Blue! I'll miss you!"
I smiled and waved back, I'll miss you too, little angel.
What do y'all think? Should Jackson Wilde make an appearance somewhere in the future? Maybe in the sequel?
