Easter had been at school all day with her brother Sammy and she had just got home and saw her mom talking to a random guy. "Hey Mom". She smiled over to Kelly. "Who's this?". She asked. "This is Brandon". Kelly smiled. The way her eyes lit up when she talked about it, it must have been something.
"Dylan this is my daughter, Easter". Kelly said. "It's nice to meet you, Brandon". She smiled. "So how do you know my mom?". She asked. "Did you guys go to school together or something?". She added. Kelly never talked much about her past to her kids. She just talked barely about Easter's dad Dylan, and that he wasn't around much but she knew of him.
"Mom, can we go for Icecream?". She asked. "I want to know more about Brandon". She laughed. Kelly nodded and took the kids to the new improved Peach Pit.
