Derek's POV

"This is all your fault!!"

"Why'd you do this to us Derek?"

"You ruined my life!!"

"I'm not the one who keeps turning teenagers into monsters."

"You're the piece that doesn't fit, Derek!"

"Everything that happened is because of you!!"

Derek shot up in his bed with a yell and heavy breaths, green eyes wide and his muscled body shaking with fear. The voices, the blame was starting to wear on him ever since he returned to an angry Scott and his pack. He remembered Scott angrily growling at him and telling him that he was not needed, that he made things worse, that Derek was nothing to him. Normally Derek wouldn't care about things like that but ever since he changed back from a teenager, something in him made him realize an old fear, he hates being alone. Derek slips out of bed and walks to his kitchen, getting a bottle of water. There's no one here but him and he tries to shake the fear off but he can't fight the dark crawling into his chest as the voices take over again and drag Derek against the cold floor, leaving the omega to groan and cry out in pain but no one would come.

The next few days

Stiles' POV

Stiles sat up in bed, head resting on his knees pulled close to his chest. He had another dream about Derek as he usually did ever since the werewolf returned to Beacon Hills but it was always the same dream or was it a nightmare? He closed his eyes and tried to remember the details.

Stiles found himself in Derek's loft, the apartment cold as snow and dark as night with very little light from the moon. Derek was lying on the bed groaning and tossing. Stiles would think the man is dreaming if it wasn't for the claws digging into the sheets and the scared expression on Derek's beautiful face. Oh yeah and the crowd of people in the shape of Scott, Allison, Isaac, Cora and Peter constantly yelling at the sleeping man. The more they yelled, the more frantic and afraid Derek became which was the first time Stiles was seeing Derek like this.

As Stiles ran to the group of people, pushing them away, he climbed onto the bed and tried to conceal Derek's body with his own as if trying to protect the man from the accusers. Derek would hold onto Stiles like a child would hold onto a teddy bear and scream into his chest, begging Stiles to make them stop, to make the voices stop and then Stiles would yell at the group of people until he wakes up screaming himself.

Soon the morning came and Stiles was driving to school to meet everyone at school but not before stopping at Derek's loft and standing before the door. He raised a hand to knock but dropped it and left back to his jeep. Derek could hear him walking away, his forehead pressed to the cool metal and fists clenched.

"Please, please don't go." Derek whimpered to the door.
