You: The Great Society was a set of domestic programs created in the 1960s by Lyndon B Johnson. He wanted to stop racial discrimination and poverty. Come on Ash you know this.

Ashley: Wait who created it?

Roc: Y/n!! (Smiles walking up to you)

You: (turn and look at him)

Ashley: who's that?

You: I got to go..(hangs up)

Roc: (walks up and hug you)

You: Hi.

Roc: What's your plans for tonight?

You: (shrug) Chill and watch movies I guess.

Roc: Can I come over?

You:...um.

Your POV: Come over??

You: My parents..have company coming over. That's why I'm going to watch movies, I don't want to be around them.

Roc: so you're going to the movie theater?

You: Something like that. (Laugh)

Roc: well. How far is your ride?

You: my dad or..my dads friend is coming to get me?(Brian pulls up) my dads friend.

Roc: that's your ride?

You: (nods)

Roc: can I get a kiss goodbye.

You: (look at Brian)

Roc: (moves his hand down to your butt)

You: (break the kiss and look down blushing)

Roc: See you tomorrow. Maybe one day I can come over.

You: (looking out the window smiling)

Brian: Can you even see anything y/n?

You: yeah I'm wearing contacts.

Brian: Is it for that boy. And the way yall were locking lips I wouldn't hesitate to call him your boyfriend.

You: Brian please don't tell my dad. I'm just trying to fit in.

Brian: (look at you) you know your dad Likes to meet the boys you're dating. He's gas certain standards

You: (puppy eyes)

You: (walk in)

Y/m: Hey y/n how was school?

You: Good.

You: (walk in and look at your closet)

Brandon: (in your closet)

You: Brandon what are you doing?

Brandon: I got bored,

You: and my room is fun?

Brandon: Yeah your experiments and stuff.

You: (walk over to your closet)

Brandon: what does this one do?

You: I'm trying to build a robot. With a built in camera.

Brandon: So a spybot?

You: (laugh) right.

Brandon: can I have it when you do?

You: Sure

Brandon: Yay!!

You: now leave my room and don't come in again when I'm not here.

Brandon: okaaay..(runs out)

✌Moments later✌

You: okay this is it.. I have the blue wire in place. When I press play the doll should spin which will open the jack in box which sends the marble flying approximately 3 feet in the air and fall in the cup making the cup tilt the lever and allow the box of twizzlers to come flying to me.

You: (smile and press start)

It makes it to the cup but the twizzlers don't come flying to you.

You: (sigh and walk to the bathroom)

🌚Dinner🌚

You: (walking downstairs putting your phone on vibrate)

Brandon: what you doing? Your phone suppose to be in your room for dinner.

You: (roll your eyes and put your phone in your back pocket)

🍛Dinner🍛

You: (texting Roc under the table)

Brandon: So y/n how's the steak?

You: (look up quickly) Good. Just like that robot I'm working on. (Give him a look)

Brandon:🙊

Y/d: (looks at you) you haven't even touched it you okay?

You: (lay your phone in your lap and pick up your fork) yeah. (Taste the mash potatoes) oh it it good.😋

Y/m: (laughs a little and shake her head)

Roc: (texts you)

You: (glance down)

R: You want to hang out at my place after school?

You: (look at your mom)

Y/m: (look at you while sipping her drink)

You: (start eating)

You: (washing dishes)

Y/m: (walks up and put her plate in)

You: mom😩

Y/m: So who's the boy?

You: boy?

Y/m: Sneaking texting at the dinner table?

You: I was helping Ashley with homework...Sorry

You: (look at her)
