Shawn's POV----

"She is going to make it. It's just going to take a long time." The nurse said.
"How long? What's wrong with her?" My heart started to race.
"About 3 months. She has broken her right arm, and has a serious concussion. No singing for awhile." The nurse said and then walked away.
Lydia can't sing for awhile? That's her passion.
That's our passion.

"Lydia?" I opened her hospital room door.
"Shawn?" She squinted at me.
"Yep, it's me. How are you feeling?" I asked squatting beside her.
"Eh. I've been better." She showed me her cast.
"I talked to the nurse. She said no singing for 3 months." I decided to break the news.
"So what am I going to do?" A tear slid down her cheek.
"Lydia, don't worry about it. You can rest for awhile. Maybe focus on writing songs and work on some acting." I tried to lift her spirits.
"Shawn...I can't write. I broke my right arm. My writing arm." She said sadly.
"Then you can type." I quickly added.
"I love you." She said smiling through her tears.
"I love you too." I bent down and kissed her forehead.
After a little while she fell asleep.
I sat there on my phone, bored.
