Some Lore!(Don't Read This if You Haven't Finished the Book)

**PLACES**

Outlands- One of the Five Lands, consisting of mostly towns and large, open plains of grass. Home to the majority of the jewel creature population. Borders the Matadorian Territories.

Highlands- One of the Five Lands, consisting of mostly mountains. Borders the Matadorian Territories as well as the ocean.

Badlands- One of the Five Lands, consisting of small towns at the bottom of valleys, along with very varying elevation along its land. 

Woodlands- One of the Five Lands, almost entirely a forest, with many rivers drawing from the mountains at its edge to the cave at the center of the Five Lands.

Deadlands- One of the Five Lands, a desert taken over by the Molten Emperor, Infernas. Not one of its Rangers remain.

Waylands- The Sixth Land, an enormous island to the west of the Highlands. Contains the Waylanders, which are people who are connected to the dragons.

Matadorian Territories- An area to the north of the Five Lands. Contains the matadors, a bull-riding race of humans.

The Scorch- What was the Deadlands is now The Scorch, which is the home of the Scorch Knights, as well as the Molten Emperor, Lord Infernas.

Dragon Island- The human name for the island known as Kha-Shu'molukathek, a continent larger than the Five Lands that holds every dragon in current existence.

The Summit- An island to the far, far north of the Five Lands, simply a mountain that holds the way to Kha-Shu'molukathek and a few snow elves to help you there.

Shamblethorn Wood- Creepy, dark forest that is filled with bone-covered, over-sized beasts.

**PEOPLE**

Lionel McCarthy- An Outland Ranger better known as Lion that lives a lot of things he shouldn't. Formed a team with a Ranger or two from every one of the Five Lands.

Raq Shinn- A Wayland Ranger that worked alongside Lionel. The future Sol Prima, or Bright Lord, of the Waylands. 

Commander Jordan- A Woodland Ranger who doesn't give any regards to his Land's rules. Companion to Commander Josie, worked alongside Lionel.

Commander Josie- A Woodland Ranger that has impeccable focus and accuracy. Companion to Commander Jordan, worked alongside Lionel.

Sari K.- An Asmerian Badland Ranger that had the wrong magic in her blade. Fool. Worked alongside Lionel.

Cri'Somal- A wood elf, Highland Ranger locally known as Chris. Wasn't mentioned in the Bull-Rock War. Probably died. Worked alongside Lionel.

Oculus- An automaton, leader of the Outland Rangers. A Chronomancer, or Wielder of Time. Nothing escapes his gaze.

O'Naharu- A wood elf, leader of the Woodland Rangers. Has really awesome arm blades. She also flips a lot.

Lyros- Leader of the Highland Rangers. Has a glaive and appreciates the ability to impale from long distances. Name thief.

Reyder- A muscular, bearded leader of the Badland Rangers that enjoys breaking skulls. "'Enough skulls' really just means 'more skulls,'" he says. "It's sort of like money."
