Levi x reader || Shut up and go to sleep

|| Short chapter ||

It was 3:30 am, and you were wide awake, Big (e/c) eyes staring widely at the ceiling, next to her was the Raven-haired male sleeping soundly next to her.

She looked over at Levi staring at him curiously, she opened her mouth to say something and quickly shut it, looking back up at the ceiling.

A few minutes later you poked Levi's arm trying to wake him up "psst, hey Levi." you whispered, making him groan and open his beautiful blue eyes, "what is it?" he asked in a husky tone which kinda turned you on.

"Why are strawberries called strawberries if they don't look like straws? or why are oranges called oranges?"

He looked at me in disbelief, "so you woke me up at 3 o'clock in the fucking morning just to ask me that? what the hell (y/n)?!"

"I'm just curious!!"

"Tch, just go back to sleep" he turned over and closed his eyes.

~15 minutes later~

once again, (e/c) eyes stared back at the ceiling, no sign of being sleepy, you were wide awake probably because you drank that coffee before going to bed.

It was now 4am and there's been this question that's been stuck in your head for the past minute.

You looked over at Levi who was facing you now, poking his cheek to wake him up, which didn't work.

you shook his shoulder to wake him up which you successfully did, he opened his eyes and glared at you "what now??"

"Do you like me?" you asked.

"What the hell (y/n)?! I married you!!"

"Yes I know but did you marry me as a friend? or like a wife??"

He sighed, annoyed and shook his head, wrapping his arm around my waist pulling me closer, "just shut up and go to sleep, it's 4am!"

"but you didn't answer my question"

He sighed again and kissed my forehead, then my nose, then cheek, then finally he kissed my lips making butterflies form in my stomach

"I married you as a wife, and because I love you, now shut up and sleep." he finally said before closing his eyes.

I smiled, 'haha the question was worth it' I thought in my head before closing my eyes, slowly falling into deep slumber.
