People often misunderstand me, wait let me fix that, people ALWAYS misunderstand me. For example:

Mom: That guy on the cashier asked me if you were mad or what. Please smile a lot more so people won't misunderstand you.

Me: I was just hungry (because we are at a restaurant)

Also:

Classmate: Hey new girl, what's your name?

Me: Jenika *blank face*

Classmate: Where are you from again?

Me: Philippines *blank face*

Classmate: Oh, okay-- Is something wrong? You don't look happy. Do you not like the school? Is someone from the class or the other class bothering you?

Me: *blank face* (these happy and shameless kids are too much for me)

Other Classmate: She's just shy that's all

Classmate: Oh! So that's why!

Me: Yeah...

Also:

Me: *covering my nose with a tissue and also wearing my resting bitch face*

Teacher: What's wrong? Is your nose bleeding? Shall i guide you to the nurse's office?

Me: No *shakes head*

Teacher: Oh, just cold? Okay.

Me: (am i really that hard to understand? boi)

Another One:

Teacher: *explaining some math bullshit that i force myself to listen to because i am new to the class*

Me: *blank face*

Teacher: Jenika, are you listening?

Me: Yes

Teacher: You look like you're not, judging from the way your face looks

Me: Oh, sorry then.
