Chapter 14

Megan was up early texting Brandon

Megan: "hey Brando, the girls and I are going to have a girls day out, you guys can hang out without us right?
Brando: "oh yea we will be fine, we will just go to the mall/shop what ever it's called, we were thinking off meeting up with some friends today anyway."
Megan: "ok see you later xo"

Megan put her phone on her bed side table and walking into the bathroom and put her hair in a messy bun, Nya and Simone her talking in the lounge room while Kira sat watching tv. Megan had a quick shower and put on her "I don't give a f***" crop top and denim shorts, she also put on black vans and a jet black leather jacket. "Hey, your looking nice today," Simone commented as she walked into the kitchen to make bacon and bake beans on toast. "What do you wanna do today?" Nya asked, looking up from her phone. "I was thinking we could go for a walk in the park near the shop down the road, then we can go looking through shops as useral, but this time there will be no complaint from boys." Megan looked at her dog, "I also think the dog needs a walk, Jacobs manager won't take him out." Megan sighed, shadow jumped up with excitement when he saw the leash in her hand. He sat waiting patiently as it was clipped on.
The girls walked along peacefully, they were enjoying the fresh air. "I feel so free away from my parents," Simone admitted, "yea, no more annoying siblings," Nya added. She had too many people in her house for her liking, it got quite crowded. "I miss my family, do I even have a brother seriously, all he did was annoying me, more like the devil, glad that his living with my grandparents." Megan remembered the day she saw Brandon in the car, the last day Liam was heard from.
They got to the park, there were dogs everywhere, Megan let Shadow off the leash so he could play with them, "let's leave him here, I can see Linda, she's my mums old friend, she's a dog trainer so she can supervise." Simone went off to ask, she came over and took Shadow, the girls went off, leaving him there. "Starbucks anyone?"  Megan ran upto the shop, Kira murmured something but it wasn't loud enough for them to hear. Kira's mum worked there, "oh Kira, you came back?" She asked, "actually mum I did, I was never really there friends, I just wanted to meet Jacob." She whispered to her mother selfishly and eyed them off. "Is there something wrong?" Megan asked suspiciously, she didn't like this one bit, "oh I'm staying here, you guys order and leave!" Kira offered, almost ordering them about. "But Jacob will be heart broken..." Nya was crossing her arms furiously, "you used us!" Megan yelled angrily, "you are so mean, I'm out of here." She ran out not ordering anything, "come on guys. Lets order from another place, we can go to Starbucks another time," Megan looked down while walking, she really thought that Kira would be a nice person, they were all wrong about her.

(Kira is not actually a mean and rude person for real, not hating on her just putting drama in the story.. Anyway to continue...)

They ordered KFC, they were sitting in the food court and eating, Nya looked around curiously, she unexpectedly saw Johnny, there was a tall girl talking with him, "look guys," she look familiar but they couldn't remember. "Nadia!" Nya turned with a frown, "why is she here?!" Nya glared at her with jealousy, Megan was just as jealous because Brandon was talking to a girl too, the turners and Lauren were there with there friend Britney (made up character.) She looked pretty and interested in Brandon, Megan and Nya walked past exchanging bitchy glares at them. Simone was shaking her head with disappointment, "why are boys like this, they gotta understand that we get protective.." Nya shed a tear, a mix of sadness and anger. "How do you think I feel? We don't know who Britney is... We know Nadia, plus she's too out of reach for Johnny anyway, Johnny can't date her because she is lateens best friend and that never works. Brandon might be flirting with this other girl for all we know." Megan over reacted, she tweeted "some people just don't understand that what there doing is hurting me, I'm feeling depressed right now because of all this, I can't take it.." She sounded even more depressed then she actually was but it doesn't mean it's actually ok to be acting like that, she was so jealous. Nya went upto Johnny, "Um hi Nadia..." She was trying to smile but it was fake, "are you ok?" Johnny was concerned, "just hurt.." She whispered and walked away before she could cry, "wait!" He yelled out with confusion and sadness, Megan glanced at Brandon, they had eye contact as she walked off, he then looked down with understanding. "I want to help you!" He thought to himself.
"Let's get shadow and go home, we can't really get rid of them, they came all this way, we're just too jealous aren't we?" Megan asked Simone, Simone shrugged, she wasn't too sure of what to say. All they did was wait for the night to come, Jacob has uploaded the video from the other day so they decided to watch it.
"hahaha the way Brandon reacted when he had the honey on his back, his face was priceless." Megan cracked out laughing, this video made her and Nya feel better, "I'm ok now," she lied to herself. Megan realised she had a text from Brandon "hey babe, what's wrong?"
