Operation: Erase the Mole

Night 8 and Day 9

*???'s POV*

"Oh dear...do you think it was good for me to interfere with this execution?" I said, sitting on their bed, sighing. "This is the second execution you've interfered with. If I may ask, why are you interfering with them?" They asked, making me raise an eyebrow and showing them a monitor. They jumped up and gotten closer to the monitor.

"They'll still alive? But how?" They asked as I pointed to myself.

"I made clones out of all 16 students. Well...everyone here are clones. The real bodies are in those pods. Whenever a clone was murdered or executed, the clone disappeared and the actual bodies awake from their coma. However...I can't tell you their whereabouts..." I explained to them as they nodded, then pulled a chair to the bed and sat across from me.

"What are you doing here?" They asked as I shrugged, pulling up a tab that showed a schedule. "Came to warn you. Monokuma is planning to reveal you to the whole class. I don't know what you'll do when he does...but know that the class will be okay...and you will too..." I said as they sighed and pushed their hair back.

"If what you said about the outside is true, then..." They trailed off as I looked away. "They destroyed almost everything, but I'll look into it" I said, knowing what they were talking about and they nodded.

"Anything else?" They asked as I shook my head, getting up from the bed. "Make sure nobody else kills..." I said, walking out before they could reply. Once in the control room in an unknown location, I grabbed a bottle of Cola and went back to tracking a certain class.

*Next day*
*3rd Person's POV*

"Then the alien took my burger. Just like that, man" Yasuhiro was explaining to Makoto and Kyoko how an alien came and took his burger. Aoi and Sakura were talking, Celestia choking Hifumi, Toko and Byakuya was at a different table and trying to converse with each other, and Harlian remained in her room. The cafeteria had gotten quiet after everybody was finished with their conversations and food.

"So, how do we start the meeting?" Yasuhiro asked as they all looked around and shrugged. Hifumi close to walking out of the cafeteria, but Aoi stopped him. "I wouldn't get Harli...she's still grieving" Aoi said as Monokuma appeared, still peeved off.

"What do you want?" Byakuya asked as he walked around. "I can't find the bodies!" He said, sighing and taking out a fish, eating it. "You mean Mondo and Taka's body?" Aoi asked as he nodded. "I'll find it soon. Anyways, rumor have it that there's a mole here" Monokuma said, hoping to gain some reaction. However, none of them reacted. "A mole? Is this a motive?" Kyoko asked as he shook his head. "No, I'm being honest! There's a mole here, but I'll reveal them. It's Sakura Oogami" He points to her as the whole class raised an eyebrow.

"Sakura isn't the mole. That's impossible"

"Nice try"

"She's innocent. She couldn't be the mole"

"Oh, but she is. Why doesn't anybody believe me? It's like I lost control around here" Monokuma asked with fake tears as Makoto sighed and stood up. "We don't got time for this. If Sakura really is the mole, then it doesn't matter. She hasn't laid a single hand on us or let anyone get injured as far as fighting goes" He said, fully trusting Sakura as Aoi backed him up.

"Yeah!" She said as Monokuma growled and stomped on the table like a child and vanished. After a few moments, everybody turned towards Sakura.

"Well...if you are the mole...do you know how the bodies keep disappearing after each trial?" Hifumi asked as she shrugged. "Unfortunately, I'm not aware of how they keep disappearing...but everyone is okay" Sakura said as Aoi nodded and hugged her.

Everyone else left to explore the 3rd floor while in thought...except Harlian, who refused to leave her room. She just laid in her bed, staring at the ceiling, not knowing what to do anymore. All she could do was cry and fall asleep. Meanless to say, she was grieving hard unaware that a few pair of eyes were watching.

*???'s POV*

"What to do...what to do..." I mumbled, watching the monitor as a door opened behind me. I turned and saw a female standing by the door, rubbing her wrist.

"W-where am I?" She asked as I immediately stood up and walked over to her. They're waking up quicker than expected.

"U-um...well...I saved you, in a way. My name is-wait! What do you remember?" I asked as she scratched her head, trying to remember.

"Well, I remember inviting Leon into my, well, Makoto's room and attempted to stab him...then ran into the bathroom as soon as I failed, locked the door and sat down by the wall...then I wrote Leon's name behind me as he broke through the door. He tried to calm me down, but ended up stabbing me by accident..." She explained as I cursed myself.

"Any pain?" I asked as she pointed to her wrist and stomach. Not only are they waking up, but they remember what happened before they "died" and experience pain where they were attacked. I went to the computer and pulled up a tab, taking note of what she told me.

"So...where am I? Is this apart of Hope's Peak? Is Makoto okay? Oh gosh, I need to apologize to him" She said, rambling on as I pointed to the monitor. "I can't disclose this location. No, this isn't apart of Hope's Peak, and he forgives you. Anymore questions?" I asked as she pulled up a chair and sat besides me, watching closely.

"Alot, actually. Why are their 16 pods in that room...and who are you? You look familiar, but I can't put a finger on it" She asked, glancing at me before looking back, counting the students.

"9 students...but there was 16 of us" She said and frowned, glancing at another monitor. "10" She mumbled, turning back to the main monitor, where the class was exploring the 3rd floor.

"Who else died?" She asked as I was getting fed up with her questioning, but didn't show it. "You'll see in a-" A door opened as we both turned to see a male figure holding his head and groaning.

"Ugh...massive headache...and bodyache..." He said and looked up at the two of us, noticing Sayaka and immediately ran over over to her. "I'm soooooooooo sorry for-"

"It's fine, I forgive you, Leon" She said as they both turned towards me. "Should I give you two a moment?" I asked as they both glanced at eachother before shaking their heads. "Okay... then what is it?"

"I swear you look familiar" He said, looking at the monitor, then back at me. "Right! I can't put my finger on it" She said, both continuing their conversation as I went back to tracking and monitoring.
