Yeah it's called a stress breakout. It's happened to me before.
*S starts being really overdramatic and pretends to be stressed and having pimples top out dramatically all over her face, complete with sound effects

They won't pop up like that, but if you are super stressed for a long time you will get them, slowly though like any other breakout.
