Dad was working on his song In the Closet for his dangerous album and even though I'm only 11, I still come to the studio often if I feel lonely.
"Zoey, this Naomi. She's going to be the lead girl for the dance." Dad said
"Okay, say dad?" I asked
"Yes sweetie?" He asks back
"Are you still going to celebrate my birthday? Even though you'll be on tour soon." I said as he hugged me
"Don't worry, you might see me on television doing it for you. I can't believe my baby is growing up!" He said getting all emotional
"Daddy!" I whined as he chuckles and let go
"I love you." He said
"I love you too." I replied as he kissed my cheek
