For if I opened it all the pain would suddenly come down .
All the words .
And I wish I could just switch it off .
But I can't .
And once I opened my eyes a sudden feeling of anxiety washed over me ,
As my breaths became more and more ragged I couldn't think .
I could talk .
And it felt like I couldn't breathe .
I felt like I needed help , and in this distasteful world , help wasn't just what I needed ,
I needed to be saved .
