It had been a good month since me and Daniel broke up and to be honest I hated it my ex ex boyfriend jack suddenly started snapchating me all the time

I don't know why honestly but today was the first basketball game of the season after school and I always stayed with my friends to watch Daniel play when we were dating but I'm still gonna go to support him because I still love him and he would occasionally come to my soccer games anyways

School ended and me and my friends started walking to the gym when you go to a mostly black and Spanish school it gets hella crazy when it comes to basketball especially in the bleachers it was always lit I was also looking mad cute today so you know I was gone be there

The game had started Daniel started off good occasionally glancing at me when playing or on the bench taking a rest but I noticed towards the second quarter something was up he wasn't juking people out making them fall like he usually would or dunking on mofos I waited till halftime to go and talk to him

I walked into the boys locker room I didnt see shit cause only the basketball team was in there jerseys talking or whatever I turned a corner and found Daniel sitting by himself by some lockers "umm hey what's up" I said walking over and sitting down next to him "uhh hey" he said looking down at the ground "yo what's going on you ain't playin like usual?" I asked he just shrugged still looking at the ground

I lifted his chin and grabbed his jaw to face me "if it's me I'll leave if you want I don't want to throw you off your game" I said looking him in the eyes him leaning forward putting his hand on my thigh and kissing me passionately "that's the last thing I would want you to do" he said

"I just ain't been doin so well without you in my life ma" he said looking back at the ground "my family always asking about you and I never know what to say I hate myself" he said "boi stop playin you know damn well you don't hate yourself always posting them fine ass pics on ig" I said laughing

Daniel also laughing  "you can have that fine ass nigga in those pics right now ya heard" he said smirking I leaned forward "go and win that game for me then we'll talk" I whispered into his ear and got up and started walking away

I was walking past the rest of the basketball team til "damn mami got cake" I heard someone say I turned to see kev smirking "boi what the hell you want" I said walking over and sitting down next to him and the rest of the team "mhm you babygirl" he said biting his lip "I ain't yo babygirl lil boi stop playin" I said the team burts out laughing

"Bye keviekev" I said sweetly walking away and winking at him

A/N I'm ready to end this book for real for real like I ain't got no time I got school and like 1 or 2 days ago this boy put his arm around me and kept calling me his girl but I kept denying it cause one of his friends was there plus he ain't even that cute tbh and he lowkey knows  my brother so:) and I got mad homework to do all the time
