Any comments you have on how a chapter could be improved or on any mistakes that should be fixed are much appreciated. Sometimes chapters are a bit rushed as I am a chronic procrastinator and often go through periods where I can't work up the motivation to write (as I'm sure you'll have noticed from the long wait time between making a request and the chapter being produced) hence when I do write I try to get as much writing done in as short a space of time as possible. However with rushed work comes mistakes and as I'm usually the one who proof-reads/edits the other author who shares this pages work as well I often forget to check my own work. Anyways thank you for sticking with us this far despite my spotty updates and Kiki's long term hiatus.
