Hey guys and girls I am here to tell you that I am doing a little bit better with my depression you know I am get used to but I got mad at my step brother for scaring me because I was washing my hands at the sink for all I know I could of bump my head on the sink and have to go to the hospital but then I went on a walk to cool myself down and then I just ignored him for the whole day.
