Ian dug his face further into his pillow and let out a sob.
It was over a week ago, but he remembered the way Anthony had spoken to him;
"It was a mistake."
"I didn't want this to happen."
"I don't love you."
After a while, Ian laid there, completely empty. He hadn't moved since that day. He didn't eat. He didn't sleep. He closed himself off from everyone. He had no idea what was going on outside, The only thing he knew about was the struggle in his mind, his internal fight with himself:
"Go back to him."
"Stay here."
"Get up and get over it."
He wanted to go back to him, more than anything in the world. But they would never be the same after what happened.

Anthony didn't know what to do.
He did love Ian. More than anything.
But he didn't want Ian to find out beause of a drunken fling. He didn't know why he said he didn't love him. He did.
But he didn't want that to happen. He didn't want their most intimate moment to be a drunken mistake.
He couldn't forget the look on Ian's face when he said it;
"I don't love you."
And now he was trapped in a battle with himself, with his heart and his mind, completely lost.
He wanted out.

But he had no idea if Anthony wanted the same thing.
