Friday
I wake up with morning sickness, like normal. Jake holds my hair back and rubs my back, just like every morning.
After I finish, Jake holds me in his arms, just like every morning. I have gotten to the point where I absolutely love the mornings. Obviously not the morning sickness, but what comes after. Jake is so loving and so supportive to me and is always there ready to help me and comfort me in the mornings. I am so lucky to have such a caring boyfriend like him.
He gives me a kiss on the cheek since I'm pretty sure my breath smells terrible right now. Then he lets me go and I start the shower.
He walks out of the bathroom and I get into the shower. Going through my daily routine, I wash my hair and then my body. Then I get out of the shower and ring my hair out before wrapping it in a towel, then wrapping another towel around my body.
I open the bathroom door to get some of the steam out and then walk into the closet to find my outfit.
Today is the day of our first game, and it's a home game. I'm so excited to see Jake play again and to be in the stands playing with my band. Since I was in color guard before I got pregnant, I still have to wear the uniform, but I can't preform because anything could happen, especially with a 6 foot weighted down flag. So I won't be preforming or marching, but I will get to play in the stands, so I am excited about that.
Since tonight is our first game, I decide on wearing my color guard shirt and some white capris. I grab a brown belt and some sandals.
Walking back into the bathroom, I was my face and then brush my teeth, my makeup coming after. I decide to just pull my hair into a high ponytail before leaving the bathroom.
I pack up my uniform for tonight in my color guard bag and make sure I have everything before leaving the bedroom and walking to the kitchen.
I grab some cereal and quickly eat breakfast. As I am washing the dishes, Jake comes out into the kitchen, kissing me quickly before getting his own cereal.
"So you ready for tonight?" I ask him.
"I am. I'm so excited to play for some people again." He says, his eyes lighting up.
Jake always tells me how much he loves the way I'm so passionate and in love with playing in the band and playing my music in general or the way I get so excited for color guard and singing, and his band, color guard, and singing is his football. He absolutely adores being able to play football and in front of of an audience. It soothes him and I love when he tells me about it.
"I know, I'm excited to see you play too." I tell him as I pick up my things. "Okay, I have to stop by my house before school so I'll see you later. I love you babe." I tell him, kissing him.
"I love you too."
I walk out of the apartment and to my car, putting my things in the backseat. I put the car in reverse and start the 10 minute drive to my old house I guess.
Once the 10 minutes is up, I'm pulling into the neighborhood, following the loop down to where the house I used to live in sits.
I park my car in the driveway walk into the house.
"Hello." I say, walking into the kitchen.
"Oh hello Kaitlynn. I haven't seen you all week." My mom says, hugging me.
"I'm sorry, I've just been so busy." I tell her as I hug the other family members.
"So what made you stop by?" My dad asks me.
