It's two days since the blizzard started.
The blizzard is finally ending.
Now it's softly snowing.
I stepped out my fire and grabbed my scarf.
Outside the small, fragile snowflakes whirled around.
I grabbed my bow and arrows.
Stepping outside my feet quietly crunched in the snow.
A snow fox darted across the street and startled me.
I started walking in a random direction to scavenge.

The sun started setting a while ago.
The moon was almost up as I got to my house.
Opening the door a gust of cold air blew into the house.
My steps echoed as I made my way in my house.
The fire crackled as I started it again.
I sat in a comfy chair and slowly drifted off to sleep.
