useless

I hate myself for being hard,
I'm just a pest who often needs a guard.
I'm weak and I'm not strong,
Often you'll see me mourn.

I'm so useless to the world,
Go ahead and pierce the sword.
No one cares about me,
I'm no one's first choice it seems.

I'm not talented nor beautiful,
I'm so tired of being so "useful".
Using me to keep you happy,
But you act like a bitch whenever I'm sappy.

I'm just a bug in your life,
Don't even bother giving me a dime.
"You're so special," they say.
"I'm not even an essential," I say.
