The war had finally ended.

Voldemort was dead.

Peace had finally been restored.

Several years later, Harry was still deemed the hero, Hermione the brains, and Ron was just simply Ron - "the hand me down." Not that he ever wanted the attention, in fact he was just glad it was all over. The war had torn down his family, they had sacrificed it all. The only thing he wanted was for everything to return the way it was, yet everything had changed. Nothing would ever be the same again, not even himself. Unable to cope he does the only thing he knows best, secluding himself, becoming a hollow shell brimming with emptiness inside.

Drowning in a gyre of revenge and destruction, there is no saving him. Spiralling out of control, he is forced to temporarily give up his position on the front line, and cooperate with a girl he once loathed. A girl who taunted him throughout his Hogwarts years.

But is she still the bully she was years ago, or are they now more alike than ever - both equally broken.
