Teardrop

She sits alone,

In her room at night.

He's gone,

Without a fight,

He disappeared,

Without a word.

One teardrop falls,

Cry to the walls,

They will listen,

And your tears will glisten.

She stares at his picture,

And wishes so many things,

If only,

as she sings,

such sad songs,

and wishes,

he was there.

A second teardrop falls,

he didn't hear her at all,

not even as she cried,

not even when inside she died,

but on the outside,

is still alive,

In pain,

Going insane.
