We sat there for three days and I fed the boys as best I could. Of course Hidan tried to bite my fingers off because I couldn't see what I was doing so I was shoving food and water down his throat. Kakuzu helped guide me enough to feed him and give him water while they did the extraction. "It's finally fucking over!" Hidan got up stretching but I couldn't see him. "Hey bich. Go fill the canteens." He tossed his to me but I heard Kakuzu catch it and throw it back at him. "She's fully blind Hidan. She can't even see us right now. It's to dangerous for her to be on her own." Hidan groaned as he left to go fill the canteens. I got up and searched in my pouch taking all the blindfolds out. one by one I smoothed them out touching the ends of them trying to find Itachi's. When I found it I put it on. I put two fingers to my lips and summoned up some chakra. It was barely enough to do it. I felt a soft pair of hands grab mine and put them on their cheeks. He took the blindfold off my eyes and put them all back in my pouch as I kept my hands on his cheeks. "Your cheeks are soft." He sighed, "Concentrate Hoshiko. Try and find my chakra using your touch." I closed my eyes but he smacked my cheeks making me pull away and put my hands on my cheeks. "Ow!" Kakuzu raised an eyebrow at him. "Don't close your eyes. Stair into mine as best you can and concentrate." I sighed and he guided my hands back to his cheeks. I stared into his eyes as best I could and tried to concentrate. I started to feel something and I closed my eyes. SMACK! "Is it really necessary to smack her cheeks Itachi?" Itachi glanced at Kakuzu. "This is discipline in training."I glared at him and he did it one more time. After many smacks later I finally got the hang of it. "I found it!" He smiled and nodded. "Good, now for the second part of your training. Kakuzu, go five paces back." Kakuzu nodded and they both took five paces back. "What the fuck is Itachi doing here?" The three ignored him. "Now Hoshiko, place your hand on the ground and do as you did with me." I nodded getting onto my hands and knees doing as he said. "What training is this for?" Itachi looked at Kakuzu. "When she is able to see again she can see like anyone else but with a twist. With practicing this she can see further. Her jutstu's can reach further as well. Right now I want to test how weak her chakra is. Her chakra has to be at almost absolute zero for her to activate it." "Isn't that dangerous?" Itachi looked at me with a hint of concern. "Yes, it is, but with her clan they can reach absolute zero and still be functional but just barely. They can't do much but give a few good punches but they will survive it. If she were to reach absolute zero right now that is a maybe but she would most likely just pass out." Kakuzu nodded and I smiled. "I found you guys. It's very faint though." Itachi nodded. "Alright stand up. It's time." I stood up and he walked up to me grabbing my hand. He pricked his finger and wrote the Kanji for Love on my left hand and Death on my right hand. He activated his sharingan. "This may be a bit uncomfortable." He opened my coat and pulled down my shirt to my shoulders exposing a lot of my skin. Kakuzu turned away so he wouldn't see anything. Itachi placed my left hand over my heart and my right hand over my left hand. "Now this is the most difficult part Hoshiko. I need you to look directly into my eyes." I sighed squirming around a bit. "It burns Chi-san." He put his hands on my cheeks. "I know and it will hurt worse when we're done. Look straight into my eyes." I looked around until I was looking into them. His sharingan formed a slit in them as my eyes formed the night sky with the sparkle of the stars in them along with the slit of the cat in the center. He blinked his eyes letting them go back to normal and Everything started taking shape around me. It was all outlined but as if it were night and it was outlined with dark neon colors. I fell to my knees in pain holding my chest. "Chi-san!" He bent down in front of me pulling me into his arms. "It's alright Hoshiko. It will pass." I cried in his arms as my chest throbbed a burning throb. Kakuzu came over and pulled my clothes back together before joining the embrace. Hidan said, "Fuck it!" And joined in after watching everything go down. "Chi-san, will I always be able to use these eyes now?" He nodded. "Yes. But to actually see you will need the sharingan." I nodded and sighed in relief that I can finally see things around me. I can finally do things. I don't need people to guide me anymore. I am free. But now, I face my worst fear.
