Zalia's circus is actually more of a Paranormal Freak Show. However, since freak shows have been made illegal, she added a Ferris wheel and called it a circus. She looks for outcasts all over the world to add to her show. She sees it as doing a good deed. She takes outcasts who are considered freaks, who hide away from the public world in fear and giving them a home, a family and fame.
She started this circus when her son was born, people feared him and chased them both out of the town. After that, she had to hide her child from the world. She taught him at home but she knew there were others out there that were feared and forced to be outcasts of society. So, she made the circus and travels all over the world looking for more freaks to add to her circus. Her son has grown up happily in the circus.
