Words, the right ones avoid me
The wrong ones destroy me
How can it be so hard to pick out
Which are the ones to leave my mouth
Can I get them straight in my head
So one day I don't wind up dead
By my foolish mistake
And cause others heartbreak

The wrong words are blades
The right words can save
So I should arrange them
So I don't regret them
Try to keep thinking
Instead of stinking
I shouldn't be blind
When  I can't rewind

I can't take them back
That's a power I lack
Words should be reflected
And never be neglected
I need to always unwind
Before I put myself in a bind
Be Careful  with words
Or be ready for what occurs
