My morning went exactly the same as every morning before school. We made it to school and I was immediately sent to the office by my first teacher. She hadn't given me any reason and I was freaking out. I had never in my life been sent to the office without some kind of explanation. Typically, they sent me to the office because I was the only one who could talk any sense into Lucifer when he was angry about something. But, it was too early in the morning for Lucifer to be in trouble already,

By the time I made it to the office, I was visibly shaking. I approached the secretary and she smiled brightly at me. "Good morning, Castiel! It's so nice to see you! Mr. Fishman wanted you and Gabriel to give our two new students a tour of the campus. They should be here soon. Here's a hall pass that will get you out of a few classes to give him the full tour." She handed me a hall pass with my name on it from Mr. Fishman, our principal.

I turned around to see Gabe sitting in the waiting area. I took a seat next to him and sighed. "Must be hard being two of the most perfect students at this school," Gabe chuckled out, sarcastically.

I chuckled and rolled my eyes. "I know! It's such a HUGE responsibility." Just as the two of us finished chuckling, two boys walked into the office.

One was quite tall with dirty blonde hair and the other was on the shorter side with curly brown hair. They approached the secretary, collected their schedules and simultaneously turned on their heels to face myself and Gabe.

The taller boy had beautiful hazel eyes. They were more on the green side and wow they were easy to get lost in. I quickly bit the inside of my lip because there was no way that I thought a boy was beautiful. I snapped myself out of my thoughts and the beautiful boy was smirking down at me. Holy crap, he was at least three inches taller than me and I couldn't gather my thoughts fast enough. "Hey, I'm Dean Winchester. You must be Castiel Novak?"

I stood up and found that when we stood in front of each other like this, I was staring directly at his lips. Wow, those were beautiful, too. CASTIEL STOP THINKING ABOUT HOW BEAUTIFUL THIS GUY IS. IT IS NOT OKAY. "Uh, yeah. I'm Castiel. It's nice to meet you, Dean. Can I see your schedule?" Dean handed his schedule over and as I scanned it over, I realized that we had the exact same schedule. "It looks like we have the same classes. Wanna go check everything out?"

Dean nodded and I walked out of the office. We spent most of the day walked around the building and introducing Dean to our teachers. By the time lunch period rolled around, I had learned that Dean had moved from Kansas with his dad and little brother. His dad had found a job at the local car shop near my house. Apparently, his uncle owned the shop and had found them a house to move into. When Dean had asked me about myself, I felt increasingly boring compared to him.

The two of us walked to lunch together and ate with Sam, Dean's little brother, and Gabriel. Gabe seemed to really get along with Sam and seeing him happy made me happy. After lunch, Dean and I had two more classes before the day was over. Everything was going well between the two of us until Lucifer walked through the door of our final class of the day. He took a seat directly next to Dean and took up all of his attention. Of course, I had forgotten that Lucifer had been enrolled in junior year science because he had failed it in his own junior year. They ended up talking about football, leaving me to my own thoughts. The final bell rang and Dean followed Lucifer out the door. I collected my things rather slowly and headed out to the front of the school building.

Once everyone left, I took my seat on the top step by the front door while I waited for football practice, cheer practice and detention to let out. I had my beat up paperback copy of the Hobbit open on my legs when I was pushed down a few steps. I caught myself and looked up to see that Dean's little brother had accidentally run me over. "Oh my god! I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" The boy held his hand out to me and I grabbed it, pulling myself up.
