There's many ways you can get views/readers. Most authors of popular books have most likely done one of the following:
• Just wait. Not everyone does something to get views and though this has led to many people getting views, it takes much longer than any of the others.
•Add as many tags relating to your story as you can.
•Join book clubs! It gets people reading your books and then you can get more views!
•Advertise. Try to advertise your book. You can post stuff on your message board, maybe ask people to add your book to their reading list. Advertise your book on advertising books!
•Ask people. Maybe ask some people to read your book or maybe ask them to add it to their reading list.
Eventually, you'll have a nice amount of views.
