This dress has nice,unique and short green sleeves. It has a red top and red inner skirts. The outer skirts are green and have an opening so that the red inner skirts are visible. It has a red sash and red button like stars. This was worn by Ginny Weasley who is currently married to the famous Harry Potter and has 3 children:James,Albus and Lily. She edits the sports pages of the Daily Prophet. But she went to the Yule Ball with Neville Longbottom.
