Chapter 11: When The Time Comes
*Chris Kodak's POV:*
I was video chatting Vanessa and she was telling me that she plans on coming back down to Florida to visit next week. But what she doesn't know is that I already know she is coming today because before she left a year ago, she told me that around exactly a year into her college she will come back down. And that's today!
"Are you sure you didn't replace me?! I will be so mad if you did!!! AND IF THAT HOE SHOWS UP!!!!", she yelled into the camera.
"Vanessa!! Calm down!!! I didn't replace you. We're still video chatting everyday right? I still say I love you everyday right? I fall asleep on camera with you right?! No one can replace you! I've waited a year for you haven't I?!! I will wait one more week to see your beautiful face and sexy body again. Nothing can keep us apart!", I told her, calming her down.
Tears started to fall rapidly out of her eyes and onto her heated cheeks.
"I love you so much Chris..... It's so unexplainable!"
"I love you too baby but you got to go before you get late for a class!"
"Bye baby!"
"Bye baby girl....."
I hung up and started setting up the surprise I have for her.
*Vanessa Wise's POV:*
I pulled into my moms driveway and parked the car. I got here early because I wanted to surprise everyone and I hope it's not a bad time because then I'll be mad. I didn't spend like half my money to rent a car just so that I don't feel welcome coming back home.
I got my bags out the car and walked up the porch. After a few knocks on the door I just opened it with my house key. The whole house was pitch black and it was silent except for the faint crackling of a candle coming from upstairs.
"Mom?", I called out, walking slowly up the steps in fear.
I followed the light that led me up to my old bedroom. There was flower peddles everywhere on the bed and floor and lots of scented candles covered every surface in the room. Soft music played and in the doorway stood my man in shining armor.
