Severus POV

"All my things are here already" Mya beamed looking around
"I had them moved here this afternoon" I smiled kissing her neck
"I couldn't be happier, thank you"
"What are you thanking me for?" I asked
"For being there for me through everything" she kissed me slowly
I wrapped my arms around her waist

"You have nothing to thank me for sweetheart, if anything I should be thanking you" I assured her
She looked at me confused, her arms wrapping around my neck
"Can't you see that because of you I've become a better man?" I stroked her face
I slowly backed away from her and she looked disappointed
"Where are you going?"
"I'm going to run my girlfriend a relaxing bath, now just sit back and put your feet up"
I smirked

"Severus I'm pregnant not ill" she rolled her eyes
"You were nearly killed woman, and besides you are carrying very precious cargo onboard"
I grinned
"Please tell me your not going to keep me sat on a pedestal the whole nine months?" She asked
"No, everyday for the rest of my life though" I laughed

Once the bath was full, I put candles around it and lit them with my wand.
She undressed and climbed in, gods she looked breathtaking
Maybe it was that so called magical glow they speak of.
"Come on, get in...you know you want to" she smirked with a dirty look in her eyes
I sighed at her and agreed

I climbed into the bath and rubbed my hand over her stomach under the bubbles
"I can't wait to meet him or her" he smiled proudly
"Severus calm down it's still the first trimester"
"I don't care" he groaned
She splashed water at my face and I arched an eyebrow at her

That night as I climbed into bed and looked at her, I finally felt some peace in my life
She was sleeping, dreaming maybe, who knows
I think I has the best nights sleep I ever had that night
No nightmares, no flashbacks of Lily
Just sleep.
