Taking place nearly a month after "Red Death" Dred has grown darker and no longer has the need to feed off of the good and evil within humans. He continues to kill not for sustenance. But for pleasure. He has made himself distant from even the other killers and monsters.
Slenderman no longer being in control of Dred, can no longer detect him and has given up his search. But he senses a greater threat is rising
Zalgo the ruler of the underworld now seeks to take over and destroy the humans world and is devising a plan thought to be impossible.... Until now....
