We are all outside Mount justice to get a little R & R before we do the mission briefing tonight and introduce a new friend that I had already met

"Hello Megan! We should hit the beach everyday!" M'gann says

I smile at her enthusiasm as I fix my hair into a low ponytail

Kaldur and Superboy brought the coolers while I got the beach umbrella and the towels, Robin has the beach balls, and M'gann has a surf board

"First a moment of silence for our, absent comrade" Robin says putting his head down

"Poor Wally" M'gann says

I was bummed that Wally had his first day of sophomore year today, he was really excited for the beach day we have all been planning

"Cmon! Let's not let that bum us out, Wally would say let's party" I say to them

The team smiles at me and begins having fun

They all head for the water but I lay on a towel to tan

"Yo Lu! Aren't you gonna swim!" Robin yells

I shake my head 'no' and he just looks at me then shrugs

Kaldur walks up to me

"You do not know how to swim do you?" He asks

I smile at him

"Am I that easy to read?" I ask smirking

"No, but I do know that you don't normally refuse upon engaging in fun activities" he says

"Heh. you caught me! And while you're here mind putting this stuff on my back?" I ask smiling at him tossing the suntan lotion to him, "I just kinda really never learned y'know I-I didn't exactly have parents to teach me, and The job that canary and I have doesn't really require us to know how to swim, and life got so busy that I didn't even stop to try" I say

He looks at me intrigued as he rubs in the sun tan lotion into my back, almost massaging it in

"Well, perhaps I could, teach you," he says

"That, would be fun" I smile at him, "now cmon I'm going to start on the hot dogs" I say

I start cooking and call everyone

"Yo! Come and get it!" I yell as I finish the hot dogs and Start eating

"Hey who's up for a little game of V-ball after this?" Robin asks

"You're so on, Superboy, M'gann and I are a team," I say

We spend a while playing volleyball of course my team won

"Woohoo!" I say

We all then decide it would be fun to bury Superboy which he didn't mind

Overall the day was fun then it was time to come back to the cave and change into our uniforms

I was about to introduce our new team mate but Wally runs in through the zetatube shouting like an idiot, and also dressed in swim wear and sunglasses even though its about to become dark

"The wall-man is here! Now let's get this party star-" he begins saying but is cut off because he trips over his own feet

I try to hold back my laughter as the ball he was carrying bounces past batman and company

"...ted?" He finisheds

"Wall-man huh, I love the uniform, what exactly are your powers" the new member says
