Laura's POV
I woke up to someone nudging me, I grabbed my knife and held it to their neck, I rubbed my eyes to see the Prince with widened eyes, I lowered the knife making him let out a breath, "Can I have something to eat?" He asked, I sighed before getting up and over to the phone "Room service" they answered "Two English breakfasts please" I say, "They'll be up soon" they said before I hung up.

I went over to the Prince "So your highness, the food will be here soon" I say, he scoffed "Call me Rivaille, Breen" he said making me raise an eyebrow, "Okay, Rivaille. How do you know my name?" I asked sitting down, "Hange said it when you was shot" he said, I smirked "Laura Breen" I say as I untied him, "Run and I'll take your legs off" I say sitting down, he rubbed his wrists sitting next to me.

They was a knock at the door so I answered it and the waiter came in "Enjoy your-" the waiter stopped when he saw Rivaille, I rolled my eyes before closing the door and holding a knife to the waiters neck, "You didn't see him. Should you speak a word of this I will hunt you down, rip out your tongue before feeding it you" I threatened, they whimpered before nodding, I pulled the knife away before they ran out.

"Was they any need?" Rivaille asked, "Yes. Eat" I say putting the breakfast down in front of him before going over to my bag, he began to eat before looking over at me "Your not eating?" He asked, I shook my head "I'm good" I say putting all the weapons in the bag before zipping it shut, Hange burst through the door "You gotta go. Now!" She said, I grabbed Rivaille and the bag before following Hange down the fire exit, we got out and saw a motorcycle "You expect me to ride that with my leg?" I asked.

"No not that. That" she said before pointing at the Jeep that was around the corner, I smirked "I owe you one" I say before forcing Rivaille in the passenger side before climbing into the drivers side and driving off, "How did they find you?" Rivaille asked making me raise an eyebrow, "The brat spoke. He's got to die" I say before a cop car pulled out in front of us making me swerve, my grip on the wheel tightened before slamming the pedal, speeding down the highway.

I noticed a load of cops coming down at me, "Rivaille buckle up. It's gonna get bumpy" I say smirking before pulling off the highway, plenty of horns honking, and landing off road, the jeep began rolling down the hill, so I held my arm out to prevent Rivaille from getting any injuries that Jaeger would try kill me for.

I woke up to see Rivaille looking over somewhere, I groaned sitting up seeing the jeep in flames, my eyes widened "You saved me?" I asked making him look at me "I couldn't let you die" he said making me raise an eyebrow, "Why? You could be back at the castle sipping tea" I say making him chuckle before he helped me up, "You're a nice person" he said.

"You think I'm nice? After seeing me kill people" I say, "I know your nice. You just hide it underneath this assassin person" he said, I raised an eyebrow, "I went through your stuff. Wings of Freedom, weird name for a bunch of assassins" he said making me chuckle "I've been saying that for years. Come on. We've got move" I say grabbing his arm and leading him away from the wreckage.

We arrived at a motel and I went to the desk "Room" I say, they handed me the key before I went back out to Rivaille and we went to the room, "One bed. How nice" Rivaille said making me roll my eyes, "I've got the couch" I say dumping the bag on it, "I need to make a call. Don't run" I say, "I could of ran when we crashed!" He yelled as I walked out of the room, I went to the payphone and called Armin, "Arlert" he answered.

"Armin, it's Laura" I say, "Laura?! What happened? Hange told us about the jeep she gave you, only for us to find out it's burning" he said, I smiled "I'm fine. So's the prince. We ran into a slight complication. So it might take longer for us to return" I say, "How long?! I've got things to do Breen!" Jaeger yelled, "Jaeger, when I return your heads going through a window!" I yelled, "Just hurry up back" he said, "Don't worry brat, you'll get the Prince" I say before hanging up, I went back into the hotel room to hear the shower running, I knocked on the door.

"What?!" Rivaille yelled, "Just making sure your still here" I say before going over to the couch and laying on it, I was almost asleep when the bathroom door opened "Tch" I was picked up and placed on the bed and the lights were turned off before I fell asleep.

I woke up and saw Rivaille sat on the bed, his head in his hands before I sat up "You moved me into the bed" I say making him face me, he shrugged "So what if I did" he said making me raise an eyebrow, "You know you look innocent when your sleeping" he said, I chuckled "Don't be fooled, love. I'm the devil in disguise" I say making him chuckle "More like an angel behind a mask" he said making me shake my head, "If only you knew" I muttered, "Then tell me" he said laying back, I smiled and patted his head "Story for another time" I say getting up.
