Chapter 23: Her decision

(Gray's POV)

"If you want fight, I'm not backing up" after saying those words. I was surprised when she attacked me continuously.

I was dodging her attacks.

Even I said those words, I'm not fighting her. I can't fight her, it's not because I'm weak it's because I can't fight the girl I love.

After all she's my weakness.

I can see on her eyes the urge to kill.

Is she really going to kill me?

"Why?" I heard her whispering to herself.

I'm now focusing to her attacks. I can hear her pant.

She was already tired but she really wanted to hit me.

Even I am tired from dodging. Her reflexes improved even though she's not using her magic.

"Why won't you fight back!" She shouted to me.

When she's going to punched me, suddenly she stumbled down.

"Ouch" I heard her mumbled.

"Are you ok?" I ran towards her and handed my hand for her to get up.

She looked at my hands and suddenly, she bursted to tears.

"Why won't you fight me?" She was saying those word like a kid.

'She is so cute when she's crying.

Really gray? She's crying, why would you find it cute?'

"I heard father saying that you've liked me. Why do I feel this? Why.... Why am I crying? Tell me, I was developed for fighting, not for feeling this emotions" When I heard those words came out from her mouth.

I suddenly clenched my fist and my blood started to boil.

Really? He did not even tried to erase her memory, he even developed him to fought! What kind of person is his father! That Ark guy, he's a monster for doing this to her.

I looked at her, she was crying while her hands was on her eyes. This is the first time I saw her crying.

I put my hands to her shoulders, she looked at me.

'I really want to kiss her right now' I thought.

"That's right, I liked you. Even you can't remember anything, emotions are not easy to forget. Think about it, we really started from being friends" I smiled at her.

She sniffs and I was surprised when she touched my hands on her shoulders.

She closed her eyes and she put my hands on the ground while grasping it with her two hands.

"I can't remember anything but..." She looked at me.

She put my hands to her chest and I can feel her heart pounds quickly.

"My heart doesn't pound like this before"

When she said those words. I grabbed her hand and pulled her towards me.

I hugged him tightly.

"I really love you (y/n), please come back. I want you to come back and be with us. I'll gonna tell you everything just to recover your memories" I did not hesitate to say those words.
