Nico Dì Angelo's POV

I was trapped in darkness.
Usually that would be comforting to me but this time around it wasn't.

It was terrifying.

I was back in the Jar.
They were laughing at me.
"C'mon do some tricks for us!" They rattled the jar causing me to slide around. I was curled up in a ball on the ground trying just to stay alive.

"Here we thought you were the all mighty Ghost King. Pathetic."
They spat.

They didn't notice but as they walked away from me a single tear went down my pale cool to the touch cheek.

The scenery changed and I was in Tartarus again. I killed. I killed so many. They weren't your ordinary monsters. No I wouldn't have felt any remorse if they were.

They were every
single person I ever loved. I killed them all without hesitation. At least after the first one came along.

I trudged through the pit with my clothes all shredded to bits. I winced and flinched at every step I took. I used my Stygian Iron sword as a cane of sorts.

"Hey little brother." I heard a soft all too familiar voice. I turned to face the voice that seemed like it was coming from my right.

Bianca stood there dressed in her hunter uniform smiling at me. There was a look in her eyes that screamed death. They were pitch black with not even a glint of light visible in them.

"B-Bianca...?"
I questioned taking
a cautious step forward.

"What have you done little brother? You let Percy and Annabeth fall into here. Percy oh Percy your one true crush. I'm so very disappointed in you. Boys? You're a disgrace Nico. You're not my brother. I never loved you." She spat and I stumbled backwards.

This wasn't my sister.
She would never tell me these things.
"You're not her! Imposter!" I yelled trying to gather strength as I raised my sword to her.

"Then kill me."
The monster spoke placing my sword at her throat. "Go ahead Nico kill your beloved sister. It was already your fault that I died in the mortal realm. Now do the deed yourself." She smirked.

I couldn't do it.
Whether this was a monster or not...It still resembled my older sister. It hurt too much for me to handle.

The monster took my sword and twisted it cutting my cheek and my forearm. "I will take great pleasure in killing such a freak of nature."

It tackled me to the ground. The monster used it's claws and scratched at my body leaving me bloody and bruised.

"Worthless! Pathetic! Disgusting! You weren't meant for anything! Mistake!" Bianca yelled in my face with every scar she left both physically and mentally.

I couldn't take it from my older sister's mouth. "Shut up!" I screamed grabbing my Stygian Iron sword which had fallen to my right side.

I positioned it underneath the monster's belly before shoving it through the body. I watched as the body went limp on top of me. I saw the eyes closing fading. Worst of all, I enjoyed it.
