After weeks of shit being in mayhem everything started to finally settle down. I mean of course me and Olyvia still hadn't really talk but as always we had put our differences aside for the kids. Aisitta and I are in a good place and I'm happy because idk what I'd do if I truly lost my baby. Jaycees dumb ass got his shit together and was back in school and Ana had been telling me how liv had paid for kiana to get in some rehab.
"Daddy!" Jaclyn screams as she runs through my in home office doors and jumps in my lap
"Hey baby" I kiss her forehead and squeeze her in a tight hug
"Why you so happy today?" I ask her
"Well because my best friend samiyah is a big sister and now I get to be a big sister" she explains making me knit my eyebrows together in confusion.
How did she know Aisitta was pregnant and how would I explain she wouldn't be a big sister as soon as she thought she was?
"Who told you that baby?"
"Can't tell you daddy I promised mommy I wouldn't say anything to not a soul" she tells me before zipping her lips throwing away the key and hoping out my lap

"Bitch I still don't understand why I had to get all dressed up just to go to dinner with you" I vent to tiara as I park in the first available spot I see
Tia had been talking about this restaurant all week and decided to bring me here to try this food she swore was to die for. But I really didn't understand why this bitch was dressed like she was and why I was dressed like I was.

"Bitch you gone be thanking me in a minute" she says while stepping out the car and smoothing out her dress and that's when it hit me this bitch Done set up a double date I told her ass not too! Instantly nerves started to take over me . Jayceon was the last man I actually dated and to just jump in head first like this was nerve racking plus i don't even know if I should be dating. But one date shouldn't hurt right?
"Bitch he better be fine"
"Girl trust me he's just your type" she assures me as she leads the way to the back of the restaurant.
"Hey y'all this is my sister Olyvia. Liv this is phor and his brother don" Tia explains as she takes a seat next to phor letting me know that's her date. He was cute but scruffy at the same time

"Hello nice to meet y'all" I simply reply while taking the empty seat next to don who had yet to speak he just sat there staring at me with his mouth wide open.

"Damn man is you gone speak to the girl?" Phor joked making me and Tia laugh
"I'm sorry.. my bad.. I was stuck for a minute. Tiara you ain't say she was this fine." Don finally speaks up
"Boy what you expect? I said she my sister so you should've known! But on a serious not me and phor gonna get outta here and let y'all talk sis you don't mind right? Ok bye love you" Tia and phor rush out the booth leaving me and don alone
As bad as I wanna go slap her ass I must admit don is fine as fuck. So I guess one lil dinner won't hurt
"So I guess it's just me and you tonight" I comment while picking up my menu "you ever ate here before, what's good?" I ask
"Oh Tia ain't tell you? This is my restaurant everything's good" he explains
"Oh wow you own this I wouldn't expect a guy like you to own a restaurant"
"A guy like me? What that mean?" He ask with a smirk on his face
"Oh I just mean you look like a football player or something"
"Nah I played in college but around my junior year my son was born I decided to take a different path" he explains
"You have children.. how many?"
"Two.. my little boys six and I got a lil girl who's eight months..wby"

After a lot of laughter and eating it was pretty late so don and I decided to end the night. He insisted on following me home just to make sure I got in safe. It was cute I had to admit. Pulling up into my drive way I turned the ignition off and before I had the chance to open my door there was don. The way his hand rested on my lower back had me feeling like a young girl all over again.
"I enjoyed tonight" he tells me once we reach my front door
"Yea me too" I reply
"So this means I can take you out again right?"
"Yea I'd like that"
"Ok well I'm let you get in the house and get you some sleep goodnight beautiful"
"Goodnight don"
One little kiss won't hurt either right? I questioned myself as he leaned closer in. Once his lips touched mine I buckled a bit no man has ever made me feel that way except Jayceon and under different circumstances I'd really give don a chance. I really wish my dumb ass didn't let Jayceon get me pregnant once again
