I'm now 14 Turing 15 soon so like life been good. My singing has gotten better and I been trying to get into a studio and have someone work with me but sigh things haven't happened yet.
"Jayla! Come here please!!"
I knew who it was, my older brother asking for something I guess. I got yo though and went downstairs to see what he wants.
"What Anthony!? (Played By Prince From MB)"
He rolled his eyes at me slightly annoyed but played it off like he didn't when I clearly saw him roll his eyes at me. "Well excuse me, damn, anyway, I got a surprise for you, you know how Jay friends with a record dealer, well that person is R-Kelly(Played by Prodigy, Old MB member) & he wants to hear you sing!!" .
When he said that I froze. He wants me? Jayla Marie to sing for him!? What the......
"Jayla if you want to do this we need to go now so go get ready!"
I smiled hard and ran upstairs and got dressed in something simple yet cute, when I was done I came back downstairs ready.

Me and Ant got to the studio. The whole car ride I was nervous and over thinking, "what if he don't like me ant", he looked at me and smiled "don't worry baby sis he'll love you and plus he never heard you sing if everyone else think your a good singer he'll think you're a great singer don't over think it baby girl just chill no matter what happens I'll be there to back you up". That's why I loved my brother he always find a way to make me smile no matter what. He both got out the car and headed inside. When went all the way to the back and walked inside and there he was. Sitting in his chair but he soon turned around and dapped my brother, he didn't bother to look real good at me....
"Alright just go in the booth and start". Rude. I listened and went inside and put the headphones on.
"So....w-what so I sing?" I started getting anxious and more nervous than I was. "Anything you like" said I guess his name was "Bill" cause he had it tatted on his neck, had said. I slowly breathed out and started singing this song I been working on....(I know this not her song but bare with me people🙄)

After finishing I looked up and saw that bill was in shock and Kellz was looking at me with a smirk and my brother smiling hard. I couldn't help but just smile but I was nervous because I thought that I wasn't good. I could've done better😔, I don't know for sure if it was good but I hope it was though. I looks at all them of them waiting for someone to say something until kellz said something, "that was amazing Jayla! You did real good but come back tomorrow and then maybe...we can get some more progress done", I walked out the booth and looked at him... "so you're saying that...." he cut me off, "yes you're hired! Congrats!!" I screamed jumping up and down and jumped on him hugging him tight and crying out tears of joy. My dreams are now starting to come true.
