ㅤㅤan art student said her gratitude to the owner of the book publishing house. she wanted to personally greet the people who supported her art to be known in the city.
"thank you very much! have a beautiful day, ma'am." she bowed and smile, about to leave the place when she made eye contact with someone so familiar yet foreign.
"h-hi," namjoon greeted with an embarrassed smile. she just caught him staring at her.
"hello," she offered a small smile. "have we met before?"
his eyes widened.
she remembered!
"yeah you gave me your personalized umbrella—"
"oh! you're the athlete i saw on TV before!" she realized, plastering a smile on her face. "you were really really great! i hope you'll be representative of our country someday!"
"you know m-me?" namjoon was flustered.
he was actually a marathon runner before. he's the ace of the university but too bad he stopped this year.
"yeah! i'm kang soojung by the way." she smiled before offering her hand. "and you are?"
he softly reached for it, with a shy smile on his face, he introduced himself. "i'm kim namjoon, i'm a new fan of your artworks."
