Dinner Dates & Disasters Part2

Chapter 11.

Ally's P.O.V

We were seated and after about 20 minutes a waitress came to take our order.

"Hello I'm Anna and I'll be serving you today" she smiled and took our order. She began to walk away but suddenly stopped and turned on her heels and quickly walked back to us.

"I know this is very unprofessional, but I was wondering are you two a couple?" Austin and I looks at each other stunned by her question.

"Um No we-were just friends." I managed to spit out.

"My apologies." Then she walked away. Austin looked down at his watch.

"So I'm pretty sure Trish and Dez aren't coming, well I guess it's just me and you." He smiled and reached his hand over the table to grab something but accidentally touched my hand. My cheeks instantly turned bright pink and he started hysterically laughing.

"No way." He mumbled under his breath.

"What?"

"Ally Dawson" he said teasingly.
"Did I make you blush?"

"What! No I it's jus-"

"Yeah..... Mhmm... Sure" he smirked.

"It's just really warm in here." I protested.

"Says the girl with goosebumps all over her arms." He grabbed my arm causing me to blush again.

"Aha! I did it again!" He announced victoriously.

"Pshh! You wish" I hit him lightly on the arm.

After dinner-

"So what do you wanna do now" I asked.

"How bout we go on a walk."

"Sounds good!"

We walked through the mall for a while and came across a pond. Austin looked at it then at me and then a wide grin spread across his face.

"Oh no no, don't you dare try anything funny Moon!"

"Oh you mean like this!" He grabbed me by the waist and dangled me over the edge of the pond.

I instinctively put my arms around his neck trying to get out of grasp. His grip began to get tighter. He started laughing.

"I hate you!" I yelled at him.

"No you don't." He lowered me closer to the water.

"Yeah I do!"

"No you actually really like me, just say it and I'll put you down."

"No."

"Yes" I kept getting closer to the water.

"No!"

"Yes just say you like me!"

"Nope not a chance!"

"Alright then!" I was a few inches above the water.

"Fine, I love you!" I choked out.

He pulled me closer to him. My eyes widened. What did I just say?! He looked pretty shocked too, Then broke the silence.

"Knew it" he laughed.

"Yeah yeah ok would you put me down now!"

"If you insist." With that he dropped me into the pond.

Austin's P.O.V

I couldn't stop laughing! Ally finally popped her head up, soaked head to toe. I was confused she had a pained look on her face.

"Ow! Austin my leg please help!" She called out to me. I ran over and put my hand out for her to grab it. To my surprise she pulled hard causing me to fall in with her.

"Haha got you Sucker!" Ally giggled.

"Well played Dawson, well played." Something grazed Ally's leg cause her to jump on me. I felt my cheeks start to burn. She looked up at me with a big grin.

"Austin Moon!" She said in a mocking tone, "Am I making you blush?"

"Uh I- No."

"Yeah mhmmm sure..." She said mimicking me.

"Whatever" I splashed her.

Anna's P.O.V

I was cleaning the tables when I saw that those two people I was serving earlier left something behind. I ran out of the restaurant and heard their voices.

"Wait! Miss and Sir, you left your-" I saw them splashing around in the pond. She jumped onto him and he caught her and they continued to have a little water fight.

"Not a couple, Huh?"
