As the male stereotype goes, I am meant to be the strong one..held together, showing no fear or sadness. As you can well imagine, that is not the case. As I walked past, I noticed your mother had parchment and quill at hand whilst at the table. I almost thought she had lost her mind when I saw a letter addressed for you. I gave a chuckle to myself, only to disguise my sorrow. At best I figured, it can't hurt. My boy, our home is not the same. There is little laughter these days, and I am unsure of how much longer I can fight the erge to cry for you in front of them. I must say it was hard when i found George's letters to you. Although, I must confess, I do it alone, as I'm at work at the Ministry. Remember, I love you, son
