My phone goes off. Waking us all up. Caroline pushes me out of bed.

I land on the floor and look back up at Caroline, angrily. I crawl across the floor towards my phone and take it off the dresser.

Hello? "I answered.
Elena, Caroline and Bonnie look over at me from Caroline's bed, annoyed that my phone woke them up.

Shhh. "Bonnie said.
Emely! "Caroline and Elena said.

I drag myself out of Caroline's room and continue my conversation in the hallway.

How was the slumber party? "Kevin asked.
Good and much needed. "I answered.
When can you and I have one? "I asked in a flirty voice.
Mmm. That can be arranged. But you have to add my brother and your sister. "He said.
Okay. Now. Today. Take me far, far away. And they can come. "I said.
Even with everything that's going on? "He asked me.
Because of everything that's going on. "I answered.

And you're sure this has nothing to do with dodging your father who just got into town? "Kevin asked.
Uh, this has everything to do with that. "I said in a obvious tone.
Well, in that case, where would you like to go? "He asked.

Stefan and Elena are in the hallway with their bags packed, ready to leave. And im just getting mine. So i convinced them to come.

Ready for our romantic weekend? "Kevin asked all of us.

Beyond ready. Let's go before John shows up and pretends to be a concerned father. "Elena said.

Mmm. We'll go put these in the car. "Stefan said getting all of our bags. Kevin took some to help him.
Stefan opens the front door and starts to walk out and Kevin following him.
But they stop when they hear Elena's phone start to buzz. Elena takes out her phone.

Uh, please tell me there's nothing wrong. "Stefan and Kevin say.

Elena looks up at us, but before she has time to comment,

Nothing's wrong. Just Caroline. "She said smiling up at us.
Come on. Let's go. "She said.

Me and Elena walk out the front door. Kevin shuts the door behind us.

Gilbert Lake House

Elena and Stefan pull up to the lake house in Stefan's Porsche. And Me and Kevin pulled in his Black Camero.
I stare up at the house and sigh. Kevin looks at me concerned.

You all right? "He asked me.
I'm fine. Its just Me and Elena haven't been back here since before... "I started.
Oh, my god. "He said.
He turns to fully face me, slinging his arm over the back of my seat.

Emely, listen, just say the word, all right? We'll get back on that highway, we'll go anywhere else. "He said.
I smile and look at him.

We've always loved it here. And I want it to stay that way, I was just...having a moment. "I said.

He squeezes my shoulder gently and we get out of the car and go up to the house. Elena and Stefan are behind us.
Elena unlocks the front door and walks in. I follow her.
We look around memories flooding back.
We walk further into the house. Stefan, and Kevin right behind us.
Me and Elena place our bags on a counter. Before we turn around i give her my mischievous smile.
