This is a poem I wrote. I thought I should share it..it's pretty dark. But. Yeah.

Letting your joy out
As I breathe in
Take a deep breath as the pain seeps in
The mask got heavier
You know that smiles a façade
So she tore it off
Raw and exposed, vulnerability
Scared her, but she wants her love to stay
Trust me, you've see my scars
Show me yours
Show me the hurt you've endured
Please stay
Please
I don't want to love another
Mistakes, mistakes, all I make
I've lost track
One step forward, two steps back
I close my eyes to hide in the black
It's hard
Getting harder
I can't breathe
Why do I always lose the people I need
One step forward, two steps back
I'm not moving
The once soothing sound of her voice
Screaming as she's made the choice
To leave
There's a noose around my neck
Take it off, you don't want to die
Do we
Pain is forever I want to be free
The darkness is permanent
Please save me
I'm not brave anymore
I've been waiting for her
She'll save me won't she
Won't she
She'll come back right
She won't
The darkness is impossible to see through
It can smell fear in your optimism
See the holes
In your courage
I notice the pain in your smile
There's no hope to flourish
This noise, I can't run
Her laughter tends to dance across my skin
But all I feel is noise
Smiles won't save you here
All the light is gone
I surrender
You've won
Just make it stop
