Here it is!
First: Block in the basic shapes from a reference. Try to get the shapes as accurate as possible!
Second: Using red (or blue) go over the basics with detail and stuff. Using red makes it way easier to differentiate between your sketch and lineart later!
Third: Turn the opacity of the sketch layer down, add a new layer, and then call it "LINES", to make it more organized. Now, using the sketch, go over the sketch with clean, smooth lines. Make sure their size varies to add depth to the picture! Then turn the sketch layer off.
Fourth: Turn off the sketch layer. Now use the magic wand to select the outside of the lines. Then click "Inverse". Then create a new layer below the lines, and call it "SELECT". Fill the selected area with a bright color to use to make life easier! This select layer will make your art way cleaner, and will make you avoid using the FILL tool, which leaves white borders and unnatural color.
