On August 17, 2016 Plan A Entertainment's SNS released pre-debut news of Victon, known as the trainee group Plan A Boys at the time.
On August 30, 2016, Mnet aired the first episode of Me & 7 Men featuring all the members of Victon. The reality show's purpose was to show the debut process of Plan A boys.
On August 31, 2016, Plan A Boys collaborated with labelmate Huh Gak on the track Begin Again.
