-Lapis' POV-

We found Peridot but she won't wake up, I'm really worried

It's been a few hours and she still lays motionless

Even though she just lays there, she does look a little cute without her limb enhancers

I see Steven walk up to me

"Still not up?" Steven asks

I just shake my head

"Well it's getting late, I'm going to sleep, night Lapis"

"Night Steven"

I felt tired too, all this worrying does take a toll on someone

I lay down on the couch that Peridot isn't on and fall asleep

-Later in the night-

I was awoken abruptly by the sound of someone using the warp pad, looking around I see that Peridot is missing!

I quickly get up and use the warp pad, there's only one place she'd go now

Arriving at the barn, I hear some rustling, and I see Peridot in the corner

"Peridot! You're okay!"

"Yes, I am perfectly fine" She says blankly

"What happened to you? You're gem was cracked!"

"I was hit by a vehicle that kept repeating "Mayor Dewey" She says, not taking her eyes off the rubble of objects

"What'cha doing there?"

"Im just retrieving some paint cans Steven gave me, then I'm leaving again since you don't want me here" those last words came out angrily, and they hurt

I can feel her anger radiating from her as she tries to find the cans

"Y-you don't have to leave... You can stay here! With me..." I rub my arm as I said those words

"Alright... If that's what you want Lapis" it sounded like she said my name with daggers around it

And she called me Lapis, not Lazuli

"Peridot, are you okay?"

-Peridot's POV-

"Peridot, are you okay?"

Am I okay?! NO I AM NOT OKAY YOU CLO- "Yes..."

"Okay then"

Lapis walked away and warps off to somewhere I don't care

Tch, now she's being nice, after all that she did when I tried to become friends with her

-Later-

I hear the warp pad activate, I turn too see that it's her at the barn door

"Oh, it's just you..." I turn around and continue with what I was doing

She walks up behind me

"What are you doing there?" She asks me

"It's a robonoid, it's one of the few that Pearl collected,I'm repairing it so I can have a companion"

"Why do you need a companion when I'm here?"

"Im sorry, what?"

-Lapis' POV-

I'm confused now

"Did I say something wrong?"

"Why are you being so nice to me? Is someone forcing you to do this?"

"Peridot, what makes you think that?"

"Oh I don't know, maybe because last time, You. Hated. My. Guts"

Each word leaving an impact on my heart

"Peridot, that... was before, but now I see that you were genuinely caring, I want to accept your friendship"

"Well its too late! I REVOKE MY OFFER!" She just shouts at me

"I cared about you Lapis! And I tried to become friends with you, but you didn't want any part of that, you even crushed my tape recorder"

I can feel the anger and sadness seeping through her words, tears forming in her eyes

"I wanted friendship... -Sniff- but instead all I got was hated from you, -sniff- and then you told me to LEAVE. You hurt my feelings, you broke my heart, -sniff- I was so sad when you told me to leave! That all the kindness went to waste! Why did you do this to me!"

She finally gave up all strength and just fell to the ground, crying and wailing, sadness and anger mixed in with her cries of anguish

All I could do was just watch

Okay, I know I shouldn't put this here with the sadness, BUT WHO'S READY FOR TWO STEVEN UNIVERSE EPISODES and then wait until December 1st for another episode
