Okay so this was a an angsty cover tut request but then I realized I have no idea how to do an angsty cover so I made this up.
APPS: picsart, phonto, and magic eraser.

Type it into your browser.
Step 1: go to picsart, draw, open blank and put these sizings in. (512x800)

Step 2: go to where you save it but instead go to edit.

Step 3: go to add photo and add the image shown below.

Step 4: open it big so it covers the cover but make sure the watermark doesn't show.
