Crepes

Welcome to a dish where it can be a Breakfast meal, a lunch meal, or just
dessert!
What you will need:
2 Cups of Flour
2 Pinches of salt
6 eggs lightly beaten
2 1/2 Cups of Milk
8 Tablespoons of Unsalted butter melted.

Procedure:
1. Throughly mix eggs (Already beaten) and milk together in a bowl.
2. Put the flour in an large Bowl and add your 2 pinches of salt.
3. Pour your egg mixture into the flour and whisk until batter is even and smooth (It's okay to have some small chunks.
4. Add melted butter and stir
5. Put a strainer over a bowl and pour you batter into the strainer. (this Process will even it out further.)
6. Dump out stuff that is in the strainer still.
7. Use the Bowl of the batter for your crepes.
8. Turn on your stove to medium or low
9. Place 8inch pan and the stove and put 2 oz of batter in for every crepe you make
10. Rotate pan to coat the bottom evenly
11. Wait 30 seconds then flip, and wait 15 secs. Take off of pan and place to the side.

Fillings Options:

-Nutella, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar
•spread Nutella evenly on half the crepe, Fold it, put chocolate over it and sprinkle powdered sugar over it as well.

-Ham and Cheese
•Place cheese in when still on the pan and add ham before folding

-Apples and bananas with lemon icing or orange icing
• lemon Icing or Orange
~ Cut a Fresh lemon and squeeze juice in bowl and put powdered sugar and stir until the consistency you want
•Apples
~I find Granny Smith apples work best

How to fold:

-fold in half then fold in to a quarter
