Chapter 9 ~ Decided

Baekhyun's POV

It was decided. I could no longer bare with his feelings and the constant image of the person I love with another man behind my back. It is over. But another part of me tells to hear her out.

Shin Hye's POV

Today is the day I'm going to confess to Baekhyun what I did

With my mask, hoodie, and glasses on I walked down the sidewalk and headed towards the SM

Would he listen to me?

I reached the SM and I told the receptionist who I am and who I am here for

She let me in and I scurried towards their practice room

I peaked in to make sure they aren't busy, and there I saw most of the members practicing, except Baekhyun.. because he was in a corner making out with his ex?

He immediately pushed her off and ran to me "It isnt what it looks like Hye"

"You said you were over her"

"...- what about you and Suk huh? I saw what you guys were doing"

My eyes widened like Kyungsoo's and yelled back, "He pushed himself on me and I pushed him away almost immediately. Unlike you."

He went quiet and his face softened while the other members looked over

"H-hye.."

"What were you doing with her anyway? Aren't you supposed to be practicing"

Holy crap. Is that hyung's (idk if this member calls Baekhyun hyung) girlfriend? Park Shin Hye? How did they end up together?

Park Shin Hye is my favorite actor, and to be honest I've always had a little crush on her.. psh who am I kidding. I love her

But when Baekhyun said he has a girlfriend, I didn't think that it would be her

Well I'm with someone else.. so I shouldn't care. Right?

Baekhyun's POV

Even though I wasnt facing her, I can feel Taeyeons victory smirk, and I just wanted to go up to her and- Byun Baekhyun. You cannot think like that. She is a female.

But when I didn't reply, I saw Hye nod and smiled bitterly while tears stung her eyes "I see Baek. You could've just told me that you don't love me anymore"

She left and I, being the dumb fool I am, watched her walk away, but she didn't do so until she picked up a shoe that she saw on the ground- which was Lay's, and she threw it right at Taeyeons head

Taeyeon screamed and cursed at Hye, but I paid no attention to her. My eyes wouldn't leave Hye's but I couldn't say anything, nor could I move

I could've made things easier by calling her out and confronting her. I should've talked to her first. But noo, she comes to see me for the first time in a while and I'm making out with my ex.

I carefully looked at hyung and he collapsed to the floor with his head in his palms while he sobbed

Suho and the other members tended to him and kicked Taeyeon out. I gave Baekhyun a pat on the back and then I left the room to chase after Park Shin Hye, my celebrity crush.

Maybe I could talk to her and get her to notice me

I saw Shin Hye on the sidewalk, and even with her face mask on I could still notice her beautiful face from miles away

I pulled the face mask that I grabbed on the way out and pulled it over my face

I walked up to her and she didnt even notice

When I sat down next to her she looked over at me and lightly smiled, "Jongin?"

Oh my god. She knows my real name.

All my excitement drained away when I looked straight into her eyes and saw them glistening with tears

"Ne, it's me. Do you want to talk about it?"

Without warning, her arms failed around my neck and she sobbed into my chest

Her touch set fireworks off in my body and I became tingly while I wrapped my arms around her waist

"Why did we both end up cheating?" she asked

"How did it happen with Lee Jong Suk? I hear you're working with him for a new drama though?" I questioned while I took the chance to discretly sniff her hair

"I didn't expect it, but the worse part was that I kissed him back!"

I carresed her hair she slowly calmed down

"Do-Do you want me to take you home?" I said in a gentle tone

"Please"

I helped her stand up and led her to my car.. and she even held my hand on the way there

Someone kill me now

My manager will kill me, but if I have a chance to be with her, I will take it in a heartbeat. After all,
